Starting January 1st 2023 Utah will require all off-road operators to complete a new education course. The once in a lifetime course will take less than 30 minutes to complete.
At Anderson Insurance Group we see a couple of UTV’s totaled each year. Fortunately none of our clients have been seriously injured and we hope to keep it that way. The risk is real but a little education will help keep our trails safer for everyone.
As of now there is no insurance requirement or discount for completing the course but insurance companies are sure to offer something in the future.
Let’s all share the trails through education, kindness and courtesy and we will all be safer.
